Affiliate Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to Fusion Print Sdn Bhd’s Affiliate Program! By joining our affiliate program, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your participation in the program and your use of any resources provided to you by Fusion Print Sdn Bhd.
2. Affiliate Relationship
2.1 By joining our affiliate program, you become an independent contractor and not an employee, partner, or joint venture of Fusion Print Sdn Bhd. You agree that you are solely responsible for all taxes, liabilities, and other expenses associated with your participation in the program.
2.2 Fusion Print Sdn Bhd reserves the right to accept or reject any affiliate application at our discretion.
3. Promotion of Fusion Print Sdn Bhd
3.1 As an affiliate, you agree to actively promote Fusion Print Sdn Bhd as the sole printing provider. This includes but is not limited to promoting our products and services through various channels such as social media, websites, blogs, and email marketing.
3.2 Your earnings as an affiliate are generated by the sales of referrals you bring to Fusion Print Sdn Bhd. These earnings will continue to be generated from the same referral sales in the future, provided you continue to actively promote Fusion Print Sdn Bhd as the sole printing provider.
4. Termination of Affiliate Earnings
4.1 Affiliate earnings will be terminated if you no longer actively promote Fusion Print Sdn Bhd as the sole printing provider.
4.2 Fusion Print Sdn Bhd reserves the right to terminate your affiliate earnings and remove you from the program if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated any of the terms outlined in these Affiliate Terms & Conditions.
4.3 Fusion Print Sdn Bhd reserves the right to terminate your affiliate earnings without any reason and without any prior notice.
5. Social Media Promotion
5.1 As part of your obligation to actively promote Fusion Print Sdn Bhd, you agree to maintain an active presence on at least one social media platform.
5.2 You are required to actively promote Fusion Print Sdn Bhd on your chosen social media platform by creating new posts and/or comments that highlight our products and services.
6. Modifications to Terms
Fusion Print Sdn Bhd reserves the right to modify these Affiliate Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.
7. Agreement
By joining our affiliate program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Affiliate Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not participate in the affiliate program.

Any claims for misprinted/ damaged/ defective films must be submitted within 3 days after the product has been received. We will work with you and get you the right transfers or refund for the missing films. Any refund / full refund will incur admin fees of 5%.
